SWAT team members and road patrol deputies surrounded the home in the 6200 block of Dulin Creek Road after a 911 call was received about 7:30 a.m., deputies said. After roughly five hours of negotiating, the man left the home and surrendered without incident, the release said. SWAT team members then entered the house and found the body of Sarah Bicklein, 49. She had been shot. Corey R. Bicklein, 49, of the 6200 block of Dulin Creek Road, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
