Yolklore

Creative, exciting breakfast fare has been one of the biggest restaurant trends of recent years, so 2016 newcomer Yolklore captures the zeitgeist with such signature dishes as the Nest Egg (eggs, bacon and cheese in a biscuit crust) and the Pancake Rollup (scrambled eggs and turkey chorizo rolled up in a pancake). At least as important for Yolklore’s long-term impact, however, is that owners Mary and John Bogacki and Billy Oziransky have brought affordable, chef-driven fare into often-overlooked Crestwood. “This is the next Maplewood — the next real community,” Mary Bogacki told me when the restaurant opened.test
