Mitch Maness

A man was found dead Monday morning inside a home in the city's Carondelet neighborhood, in deep south St. Louis. Officers were called about 10 a.m. to the 700 block of Rio Silva Place, police said. Homicide detectives are investigating until a cause of death is determined by the city's medical examiner.
