Keith Taylor

Police say Keith Taylor, 36, was shot and killed outside of the Biker's Corner bar, 1924 North Vandeventer Avenue. Charges say surveillance footage showedCorey D. Sterling-Tindle, 28, and another man attacking Taylor outside of the bar at around 1:40 a.m. May 28. Taylor eventually retreated to his motorcycle, but Sterling-Tindle and the other man pulled out guns. Taylor then grabbed a gun from the saddlebag of his motorcycle, charges say. Before Taylor could shoot, however, Sterling-Tindle fired, hitting him in the middle of his back, his throat, arm and left flank, charges say. Sterling-Tindle was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
